New Trailer

If you've "liked" Mr. Richings page on Facebook, you'll have already seen this, but just in case you haven't, a trailer for a movie called "Artist Unknown."
Here on Facebook

Described as "a trailer for the short film 'Artist Unknown', set at a wake for the artist Tom Thompson. In which Julian plays Group of Seven artist Fred Varley," the trailer also bears the description "1918. Artist Tom Thomson is dead, lost to a mysterious drowning. His Group of Seven painter-friends are back from World War I and holding a boisterous, drunken wake. Then Tom’s lover Claire appears. Wounds open, fists are raised and strong men weep as they face the searing light of truth. Length: ‎1:11"

Convention Appearances

Seems like Creation Entertaiment has been busy courting Mr. Richings - he's listed as a "tentative guest" at the NJ Con, the Chicago Con and as a confirmed guest at the LA Con.

Since I live in Chicago, I might even buy a ticket to the Chicago Con.....

Role in Man of Steel Revealed in Innerspace Interview

Think McFly Think has a much better copy of the interview from Innerspace, in which Mr. Richings reveals information about the role he'll play in the new Superman movie, here.

Not-New Picture

I don't know why this suddenly surfaced on the Internet, but here's a picture of Mr. Richings (looking.....disreputable, frankly) being directed by Johnny Askwith in 2009's 7 Diamonds.

Mr. Richings on Twitter?

It's an unverified account, but there's now a @julianrichings on Twitter that appears to be the man himself. If so, welcome to the Twitterverse, Mr. Richings!

(Half the info I post here comes from an Echofon saved search for his name.)
